Preparation for Your Session:

Dietary Considerations:

 

  • Eat lightly on the day of the session.

  • Avoid solid food for 2 hours before the session.

  • Hydrate with water, juices, or teas.​​​

Contraindications:

 

Avoid this breathwork if you have: major cardiovascular disease (e.g., recent heart attacks), glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent injury or surgery, psychosis, seizures, severe mental illness, late-stage pregnancy.

Setting Up Your Space:

 

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing, no bras for women.

  • Choose a quiet and comfortable location.

  • Lie down or recline comfortably.

  • Have a blanket, eye cover, and a pillow (for screaming if needed)

  • A bottle of water (no cups please) 

  • Tissues

  • Use chapstick to moisten and hydrate your lips

  • Headphones

* If you need to cancel, please do so at least one hour before the session begins. Refunds or rebooking cannot be accommodated once the session has started.
