Preparation for Your Session:
Dietary Considerations:

Eat lightly on the day of the session.

Avoid solid food for 2 hours before the session.

Hydrate with water, juices, or teas.
Contraindications:
Avoid this breathwork if you have: major cardiovascular disease (e.g., recent heart attacks), glaucoma or retinal detachment, recent injury or surgery, psychosis, seizures, severe mental illness, late-stage pregnancy.
Setting Up Your Space:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, no bras for women.

Choose a quiet and comfortable location.

Lie down or recline comfortably.

Have a blanket, eye cover, and a pillow (for screaming if needed)
